I have tons of parts waiting to get put on this car. Bigger brakes, clutch, assorted suspension bits etc are all sitting in boxes in my garage.
Short term (summer '02) I will be swapping in a near perfect interior from a '73 240Z that I picked up last summer. If I can find some decent 16" wheels & decent tires and I might actually run this car down to the Mt Shasta Datsun meet in July. I will also be replacing the severely worn-out R180 with either a open R-200 & CV's or LSD (R200 or R180 depending upon what I can find).
Long term, I plan on upgrading the smallish T-3 turbocharger to either a T3/T4 hybrid or a T4. At this time, I will probably persue building a new intake manifold w/ staged injection... possibly a dual fuel (pump gas & either toluene or methanol). A larger intercooler is certainly in order as the Saab unit starts to drop quite a lot of pressure at around 5000rpm & 7psi of boost.
I haven't quite decided what to do with the engine itself. It's probably due for a valve job at the very least. I'd like to experiment with a 9-9.5:1 turbo engine and if my 510 turbo project doesn't materialize, I'll probably bump up the CR of the L-28 a point or two when I have it apart.
